We give support to our products as long as the issue is related directly to our products such as bugs and improvements. We don’t provide support for customization.
For issues related to third party plugins such as plugin conflicts, we try our best to make our plugins to follow WordPress standards. Since there are countless number of plugins out there, we can’t guarantee that our products will work with all third party plugins.
