If your membership or product license has expired, you will lose your access to the support forum. If you want to get support you need to renew your membership or product license.

We are committed to give support to our products. But there are some industries that we can NOT give our support to. Please read our support policy here.

3. Product Update

Automatic product updates (if supported) will be given to activated products. You can activate your purchased products by using your license keys that will be sent to your email address upon purchase completion. If your membership or product license has expired, you will lose your access to the automatic product updates. If you want to get automatic updates for our products you need to renew your membership or product license.

4. License Keys

By purchasing WP House products, you'll get license keys that can be activated in a number of sites according to the plan you purchased , meaning if you purchase 5 sites plan, you can activate the product in 5 sites, including your customers sites.

License keys of purchased products will be sent to member upon purchase completion. If your membership or product license has expired, your license keys can not be activated anymore until you renew your license and all features that come with the license keys will be gone.

5. Product License Renewal

Your product license will be renewed automatically until you cancel your subscription. To manage or cancel your subscription,  you can visit your account page at https://www.wphouse.net/my-account/ or you can simply contact us at https://www.wphouse.net/support/.

6. Refund

If for whatever reason you would like to ask for a refund, email us with your purchase receipt attached at support [at] wphouse [dot] net within 14 days of your purchase date. We will give your money back 100% after we receive your request. After 14 days of your purchase date, no refunds will be given. You can read our refund policy here.

7. Disclaimer
